I am an IT Professional.  This site was originally aimed to help all my friends who ask me "where should I go to find this?" and also seek help to try and sort their home PC problems.  It has been supplemented by more technical help given to business acquaintances, and more recently has been further developed to add anything else that I feel is likely to help people.
